1. Siren Sounds - for instance, if I try to go into my backyard.

2. Beeping - throughout the day.

3. Construction Noises or the Noise of Power Equipment around my house.-

4. Malware on my computer - buy a new computer it's back the next day.

5. Interfering with you TV.

6. Reading your emails so they know when your appointments are and can have someone in RED there when you arrive. So they know when your packages are arriving.

7. Having workers set off alarms inside stores when you are there - or as you take a walk in the community.

8. Getting delivery people to sabotage your order.

9. Having the ceiling lights in your house twinkle.

10. Having ceiling lights in your house go on and off.

11. At first when I came home and tried to open my electronic garage door opener I could only do it after multiple tries.

12. Inside my garage when I tried to enter my car - the car doors - all by themselves - would repeatedly open and close their locks

13. Eventually, my garage door - I had an electric garage door opener - would be open when I went into my garage, so I had to take out the battery and on you tube someone showed me how to lock my door from the inside. So now I can only enter or exit my garage manually.

14. Deleting things from my emails, so I couldn't tell when I sent an email what the person I'm sending it to would receive.

When I take my garbage cans out, there is mobbing/anchoring, lights blinking on and off from some houses. 16. 8/1/2025 - For the last few days the air quality on my air quality monitor has been "Caution" - "Members of sensitive groups may experience health effects. The general public is less likely to be affected." Of course, I have a profoundly mentally handicapped brother. The Gang Stalkers seem to know what's going on with the air quality. A couple of days ago the first thing on getting up when I opened my windows - and as if on cue - Noise with Power Equipment - started.

17. 8/9 - Trying to pay my cable bill - as usual can't use my computer because Gang Stalking Malware won't let me enter my password. Normally, because of this, I would use my phone to pay bills - but Today - Gang Stalkers prevent the keypad on my phone from working, so I can't pay my cable bill that way either. 18. 8/11/2025 - The latest things these Intel Agency/military Gang Stalkers are doing has to do with Skunk smells. It started Inside My Garage. Now even though where I sleep - the window is opened only a crack/few inches - there is a strong skunk smell. Of course, the goal is always to get me to move. And these Freaks are not like ordinary harassers. They have a wide variety of things they can do. 19. In March 2024 My Government Gang Stalking Changed. They started to Physically Harm Me. We saw Gang Stalking Police in Stockton, CA buy the house next to the Stockton City Manager to Harass him.

Since I don't know the nature of what I was experiencing physically, I can only call them Havana Syndrome-like attacks. I'll make two comments to preface my description: 1. We saw what our Government did in MK Ultra https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MKUltra 2. I had read about a Gang Stalking target in New Jersey, Frank Raffaele, passing out leaflets in New Jersey about Gang Stalking. This was at the very beginning of my gang stalking. We communicated through email. He knew I was very skeptical of what I saw on youtube as stories of "electronic harassment" because I had never experienced it and it sounded far out. Frank told me if I kept on saying I thought electronic harassment was Government Disinformation to discredit gang stalking targets, he would stop communicating with me. The next time I tried to communicate with Frank - I found out he was dead.

March 2024 In March 2024 my harassment in my Neighborhood increased. It seemed to me - because of Trump's election? - there was a greater push to get me to move. The noise around my house increased - noise with power equipment/constructions noises - which is a Government Gang Stalking Harassment Pattern. I got repeated letters from a woman/not a corporation that buys homes, but an individual woman, who said she liked the neighborhood and wanted to buy my house (I have no equity in my house so I can't sell it). 1. One day I was eating in my dining room when I felt a sensation in my shoulder that felt like I had been punched. My shoulder was sore for about two days after that. 2. Another day I was sitting in my bathtub taking a bath when I felt what seemed like a punch in my left breast. It was sore for about 3 days after that. 3. Then in May 2024 I was sitting in my dining room eating when I felt a "pressure" in the back of my head. It felt like a headache in the back of my head which was very strange. The experience was repetitive. On May 10 I developed Tinnitus which has never gone away. I was also feeling Very Exhausted. 4. When I went to take my bloodtest in June (I'm hypothyroid), my TSH was a shocking 19.68 when the normal range was .4-4.50 mIU/L. Up to this point my results were fairly consistent with my remaining on the same dose of thyroid medication for years. 5. When I retook my TSH in December of 2024 it was 15.62 - very high. 6. I had a meniscus tear in my right knee so I knew how it felt and how it healed. Then I had a meniscus tear in my left knee. For a while we didn't go out as my meniscus tear in my left knee was healing. I found a good brace on Amazon and said on Twitter that I would start to go out again the next day. The next day when I woke up I couldn't bend my knee without pain which made it hard to walk. Strangely, the pain was on the opposite side of the knee than where I had experienced the tear. I take pictures of Mobbing Patterns when I go out. I found this strange. I developed a limp in my left leg to make the pain not hurt so much. As I write this in Aug. 1, I still limp some time because there is a funny sensation/hurts when I bend my knee. 7. Since this all happened, I still get "sensations" from time to time like last night when it felt like there were pins pricking my forehead. 8. 8/12/2025 The Havana Syndrome-like attacks continue. Empty buildings around Gang Stalking targets should provoke suspicion. 9. 8/16/2025 - Have the sensation of an "awl" poking the back/middle/right side of my head, which when you are a target of this vicious Government Gang Stalking Program with an "empty" twin house attached to yours and another empty house on the other side of you - isn't good. 10. 8/22/2025 More "electronic harassment" while I'm feeding my brother in our dining room: the feeling was like a Poker repeatedly poking me on the side. I had thought it was our FBI causing the Government Gang Stalking. Senator Russ Feingold, Senator Dick Durbin, and Senator Ted Kennedy sent a letter to Attorney General Mukasey saying the authority he enabled could result in the FBI conducting a "long-term physical surveillance of an innocent American citizen."

5. The ACLU says illegal police surveillance is going on in over thirty states. What we are seeing is a national problem that requires investigation by our intelligence committees.

6. Bush in Operation Tips tried to get Neighborhood Watch Groups involved in the War on Terror. What we are seeing is their involvement in Government Gang Stalking - that has nothing to do with terrorism, but rather, is an egregious abuse of government power.

7. The FBI is known for its use of conspicuous surveillance and that is what we are seeing where not only First Responders and Security Guards are Gang Stalking citizens, but also, Neighborhood Watch Groups using RED cars, RED trucks, wearing or carrying RED.

8. Colonel Anthony Shaffer who wrote Operation Dark Heart told Judge Napolitano on Freedom Watch that our Government uses Neuro-Linguistic Programming in its PSY-OPS program.
