In March 2024, when the Unremitting Harassment in my neighborhood seem to accelerate, I started experiencing Havana Syndrome-like symptoms: 1. headaches (I never get headaches) 2. pressure in different parts of my head 3. Ear ringing which has become permanent.

Police Bought the House Next to the City Manager of Stockton, CA to Harass Him With Noise

I have a twin house attached to mine and another house on the other side of me very close to mine.
