Why I Haven't Been Able To Go Out Recently

I tore the meniscus in my left knee (previously tore the meniscus in my other knee). So if you don't see RED cars, Trucks, the Gang Stalkers wearing Red in "conspicuous surveillance" as the FBI calls it, it's because I'm stuck home. So what has our Weaponized Gang Stalking FBI been doing while I'm home: 1. messing up the Word Builder for my website making it harder to post words, pictures, videos. I have to constantly come up with work-arounds. 2. Interfering with programs on my cable TV's. 3. Using Their UNREMITTING HARASSMENT tactics - NOISE around my house, their Siren Sounds to Harass, their BEEPING to Harass, their MOBBING when I go to take my garbage cans out, or take them in, or open my door to get an Amazon package or grocery delivery. 4. Hacking into my computer to cause a lag when I try to write letters, can't use my word processing program, have a hard time putting in passwords and much more.
